What age group and population is served?

Our services are geared toward women between the ages of 18 and 64. 

What is the cost and duration of my appointment?

  • Consultation - Free (15 minutes)

  • New patient Evaluation - $285 (60 - 75 minutes)

  • Established patient follow up - $185 (30 - 50 minutes)

How are prescriptions handled?

Ethereal does not currently prescribe controlled substances like benzodiazepine or stimulant medications. All non-controlled medication prescriptions will be electronically sent to the pharmacy of your choice. 

Do you accept insurance plans?

We are currently accepting the following in ARIZONA, COLORADO, DELAWARE, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, MARYLAND, NEW MEXICO, NEW YORK, and Washington DC: (Some limitations, please schedule a 15 minute telephone consultation to verify.)

NOTE: All insurance, self pay payments and appointment scheduling will be managed through "ALMA" via links provided. Using Alma will not change your current copay or deductible—it just makes the insurance billing and administrative processes easier on your end and ours!

Are there fees for cancelled or missed appointments?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please be sure to provide a notice of 48 business hours before your scheduled appointment time. The fee for missed appointments and late cancellations is $150. Patients presenting more than 15 minutes after a scheduled appointment time, will be  considered a late cancellation if they need to be rescheduled and will be charged the above fee.

 

A continued pattern of late cancellations or "no-show" to appointments can result in dismissal from the practice. All patients must have a personal credit card on file with ALMA to be used for self pay payments, insurance copay's, deductibles, and late cancellations or missed appointment fees. 

ALL INVOICES are to be PAID IN FULL prior to next/follow up appointments.

Does Ethereal treat severe mental illness?

As a solely TeleMental health practice we are not the most suitable practice for more acute conditions (ie. schizophrenia, psychosis, mania, active and acute suicidality, severe ADHD etc).

How can I reach someone prior to or following my appointment? 

For all non emergent communications and concerns the most secure means of communication for your confidentiality and privacy is via our HIPAA compliant and secure patient portal called MYIO through our Valant Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Non-emergent request will receive a response within 24 - 48 hours unless it is a weekend, holiday, or office closure.

 

For psychiatric emergencies please call 911, Georgia mobile crisis line at 800-715-4225, The National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988 or text "HELLO" to the Crisis Text Line at 741741. Go to the nearest ER or call 911 for any new onset of bizarre behavior, serious allergic reaction, or adverse medical event.

The services offered by Ethereal are limited to those listed above. We are unable to complete Disability, FMLA, Workman's Comp forms, or other insurance forms.
